My name is Turkessa Coleman, CEO of Valadia HR Consulting. With nearly 20 years in leadership, I founded Valadia HR on the philosophy of doing what you love and doing what’s right even when no one is looking. I felt called to use my ability to connect with and understand others on a deeper level to help businesses soar to new heights as they navigate through economic changes, business needs, and sales growth.
After undergrad and grad school, I decided to add more to my skill set by becoming certified as a Professional in Human Resources by HRCI and a trained mediator through Wayne County Dispute and Resolution Center.
